This is a return journey, we begin and end at Harry’s Hut, which is the furthest place upstream that can be accessed by Vehicle. Four wheel drive or high clearance 2WD is required to access Harry’s Hut. The road can become impassable in heavy rain.
Paddling
The paddling is beautiful but you often encounter headwinds on the return journey.

Campsites
Most of the campsites in the upper river have an occupancy limit of 4 people. Camp 3 has 13 people.
